About:
This program came about because one of my students and I were discussing the problem with my current program that would randomly select student names. The previous time that we used the program several students were selected three times while other students were not selected at all. This program reduce the likelyhood that a name will be selected each time they are selected.

Usage:
Enter a list of student names where each name is on a seperate line.
